Societe Generale bank Montenegro, as a socially responsible company, pays special attention to projects that are of great importance to the well-being of all citizens of Montenegro, and one of the priorities in these activities is the improvement of the health system and support for better conditions of treatment and stay in healthcare institutions.
We are pleased that, through our regular donations, we can help the Clinical Center of Montenegro, as the largest health institution in the country, in their mission of providing care and treatment to our citizens. The health of all, especially the youngest members of our society, should be a priority. Bearing this in mind, the bank has donated funds to equip the Physiatry and rehabilitation unit at the Institute for Children Diseases at the Clinical Center. Donations in financial resources for the procurement of equipment were also provided to: Nikšić General Hospital, Neonatology Department – hearing Aid for Newborns, Danilovgrad Health Center, Berane General Hospital, Cetinje Health Center and to Kolašin Health Center part of funds for the purchase of dental X-ray apparatus. Among the institutions that received donations are also the General Hospital of Kotor, Health Center of Tivat, the Health Center of Rožaje and Primary Health care center Podgorica to whom we donated vehicles.
The Bank also donated four special stretch hospital beds for the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics and Internal Clinics – two for the “Preparatory Gynecology Room”, and two for the Endoscopy Cabinet as well as the syringe pumps for the Anesthesia Department at the Institute for Children Diseases. The pump supplies a computer controlled, and accurate amount of intravenous anesthetic to a child’s organism, thus providing precision and safe control of anesthesia. The goal of our CSR activities is to create better conditions for living and working for the next generations and to enable them to progress. We traditionally support projects in the field of education and health and we are pleased that our bank contributes significantly to the improvement of working conditions in health centers.
