The Addiko Cares Club is a gathering place for active volunteers and all those who will become volunteers. As part of it, employees contribute to the development of a stable society, help the community and develop humanity, solidarity and tolerance.
In the Resource Center for Education and Training “June 1st”, Addiko employees – volunteers, with the help of the academic painter – professor Mirko Dragović, painted the walls of the dining room in May 2023. They made this space where the students spend their days more pleasant and interesting with colorful and cheerful patterns.
“This is a sign of support, but at the same time good works remain and the artistic effect is unrepeatable. This action means a lot to our institution, students and their parents”, said the painter, Dragović.
From the funds collected this time, they bought material worth €200, and we donated the rest (€425) to this school.
“The greatest value of all this is the personal satisfaction we get from spending time with children. And, of course, we set an example to others that taking care of the community and the most sensitive categories is really important”, said Nataša Milović from Addiko bank.
As a socially responsible company, Addiko strives to work together and be open to all members of the community. This is precisely why every contribution collected from humanitarian actions, as well as the Bank’s donation, is directed to different institutions. Thus, this year they allocated the collected amount to fulfill the wishes of the children of the rural elementary school “Boško Radulović” in Komani, the children and educators of the “Dragan Radulović” in Podgorica, and they have many more planned.
