Crnogorski Telekom has been continuously working on creating the best place for work and development through constant investment in professional and personal improvement of employees. This is a combination of locally developed programmes and available Deutsche Telekom portfolios, while the main foundations of the strategy for training and developing employees are the company’s business needs, the strategic focus in human resources development and new trends and recommendations for professional development.
Telekom was among the first in Montenegro to implement digital platforms for acquiring new knowledge, accepting new trends and cutting-edge solutions, as well as for motivating employees to take personal responsibility in terms of training, which is the key to personal development and success, and therefore, the success of our company. In this regard, all Crnogorski Telekom employees have access to the Learnlight Digital Learning Programme, as well as the Skillsoft Digital Training Platform, which offers more than 7,000 courses in various fields, 46,000 online books and 65,000 video contents. The contents include business skills, soft skills, IT skills, as well as preparatory education for certification. When it comes to live-held trainings, the accent over the past year was on Sale, Talent Management Programme, Open Training Catalogue, Expert Programme, as well as individual trainings. The company pays special attention to training in the field of occupational health and safety. In this way, more than 85% of employees participated in training programmes, which resulted in a total of 10,208 training hours.
Crnogorski Telekom won the Grand Prize for Corporate Social Responsibility in 2017, awarded by the Union of Employers to our Company, while a special segment of the award related to employee care.
